But, there's been more studies (many in recent times) that prove Dr. Albert's study to be true.

And even more studies prove that 95% is indeed not a stretch despite the visible loss of weight on dieters.

In 1999, a study by The National Institutes of Health revealed that participants who remained in weight loss programs usually lose approximately 10% of their weight.

However, one-third to two-thirds of the weight

is regained within one year.

In another study by health researchers and professors at the University of Minnesota and UCLA, respectively, Traci Mann and Janet Tomiyama in 2007 showed that one-third to two-third of dieters regain more weight than they lost on their diets…

Another study by the Australian National Medical Health and Research Council of Obesity proved that

…Regardless of the degree of the initial weight loss, most weight is regained within a two-year period

This study was done in 2015

The most recent of them all, a study slated on livestrong.com, showed that 65% of dieters return to their pre-diet weight within three years.

This study showed that subjects who dieted for two weeks and then went off their diets for another two weeks lost more fat than people who continuously dieted.

Another study on subjects who went off their diets more frequently…

.. 5 days of a caloric deficit and two days off dieting on the weekends (similarly to what is known as cheat days/cheat meals) and subjects who did a continuous caloric restriction showed that…

The group which allowed 2 days of "cheating" lost 3.2kg and the continuous group lost 3.6kg.

Now it sure looks like the continuous group lost more weight…

But here's where it gets interesting

The group with two days off lost 2.8kg of fat mass, whereas the continuous group lost 2.3kg of fat mass.

That's more fat loss coming from the group that had cheat meals on the weekend (breaking every keto rule)

It's not time to be mad at so-called experts for all the lies they've fed you over the years…

That time will come, for now though...

Tighten your seatbelts because more big reveals are coming that will throw you off your seat (if you don't have your belt done)…

More observations on the study revealed that the group with two days off had their metabolic rate decrease by 38 KCals (38 Calories), and the continuous group reduced by 78 KCals.

This simply means for the continuous group, their metabolism got a lot slower, whereas the group with 2 days off didn't slow down their metabolism nearly as much, thereby leading to more fat loss and in the long term too.

Here's why that happened
And this leads us to the next phase in this bombshell.

The Truth About Cheat Meals and Weight Loss

Cheat meals are counterproductive because most dieters don't do it right.

The way to do it is to stay within the Keto spectrum but have some fun with it (That's what the group that ate their favorite meals on the weekends did).

And with the Carbs-Neutralizer I'll be showing you in a moment…

You'll finally be able to eat your favorite comfort meals without the fear of slipping out of ketosis because you can now take out the Fat producing ingredients in any meal without ruining the taste.

First though,

Here's something you should know…

You see, losing weight comes down to 3 vital hormones

The first of which is Leptin

Leptin is a simple hormone in your fat cells that communicates with your brain and tells it whether

you have enough fat in store or not.

For example, When you have plenty of fat on your

body, Leptin from the fat cell calls your brain and says

"Hey brain, just calling to inform you that we've got plenty of fat here, so go ahead and speed up the metabolism, this guy's got plenty to burn."

On the contrary, for a lean person that doesn't have a lot of body fat, the convo between Leptin and the brain goes somewhat this way.

"Hey Brain, just so you know, we are dwindling here on fat, so you may want to put the brakes on the metabolism a little bit…"

Both of these illustrations show that

The more fat you have, the more Leptin you have

But if that's the case,

Why then do overweight people suffer from a slow metabolism?

It's because they have leptin resistance.

Leptin resistance is when the fat cell has been calling the brain so much the brain has gotten tired and has turned on Do Not Disturb, so it doesn't see the calls and doesn't pick up the phone.

And that's what we don't want…

Unfortunately, that's what happens when people go on a diet for too long in a restricted calorie state like traditional keto diets.

So, How do we fix that?

Through the help of the second hormone

Glucagon

Glucagon is what allows your body to tap into its stored fuel

Without Glucagon, you're not tapping into body fat.

Usually, to start this process, you need to have food coming in. Fortunately, high levels of Leptin stimulate Glucagon without food.

And that's what we want.

We want high levels of Leptin because it's constantly telling our brain that we can burn fat; we just don't want so much that we become Leptin resistant.

We aim to spike our leptin levels with a large influx of calories(but without the carbs).

That way, we get the spike of Leptin that we want without having a bunch of insulin (that will generally come from carbs) turn off Glucagon.

But you can't just go around satisfying cravings, eating cheat meals that are high-risk and will eventually lead to weight regain…

As I said, they're counterproductive when not done right and although there are now lots of recipes on how to eat your favorite carb-loaded meals without ruining your ketosis…

I'm still waiting to see someone do it right.

The good thing is, in just a moment, I'll show you how to do it right.

I'll let you in on how to neutralize the fat-producing ingredients in your favorite comfort meals so you never have to endure boring, bland meals to lose weight.

First though, the final weight loss hormone.

Insulin

Insulin is the opposite of Glucagon; when it's present, Glucagon, which allows us to burn fat, goes away.

Only when insulin is gone can Glucagon go up.

So if we have a cheat meal with a bunch of carbs, our insulin goes way up and hurts our Glucagon.

But if we have a significant influx of calories in keto form, then we spike our Leptin without spiking insulin.

So, that begs the question

How exactly can we do this?

How can you eat your favorite carb-loaded meals and still lose weight?

Pay attention here because I'm about to reveal the most extensive keto discovery in years, my secret to eating my favorite comfort meals and losing 11LBs in just two weeks.

This secret is based on a concept I call The DC Method.

What is The Damage Control Method?

You see, when it comes to healthy eating, some foods have nutrients while others don't (refined foods)

What has this got to do with the Keto diet?

Let's take a look at sugar for example

Refined sugar has no vitamins or minerals.

They take the vitamins and minerals from sugar and concentrate them as MOLASSES

Now, seeing as the Keto diet is a diet that reduces sugar intake to the barest minimum…

Say you're craving one of your favorite sugary comfort meals like pasta and it doesn't feel like you're going to win the battle

To ensure you don't ruin all your months of hard work and weight loss progress in one simple moment of expressing your human nature…

Here's what you can do

If you were going to use a sweetener in some pasta recipes to go off the program or satisfy your craving, use molasses because it has more nutrients.

Having nutrients despite having high carbs decreases the complications and side effects from the damage that the high sugar causes.

The damage is a spike in insulin, and when there's no spike in insulin, Glucagon can then function and allow your body to tap into fat and use it for fuel.

Let's say for example;you're doing fruits vs. juice

Fruits have the vitamins and minerals, enzymes and fiber that can somewhat neutralize the effects of that fructose sugar

Whereas juice contains concentrated sugar, the heat from pasteurization kills the nutrients and leaves very few enzymes.

So, in this case fruit is a much better option.

Is this all you have to do to be able to eat your favorite meals without ruining your Keto diet?

No! Absolutely not.

This is just the concept behind
what I will show you.

You see, you can't just choose the lesser evil because…the lesser evil is still evil! (Duhhh)

And that's why many keto comfort foods recipes being sold to you aren't good for you.

They promise you alternative recipes that are supposedly "keto-friendly" because they cut out refined sugar and replace it with "paleo-approved sweeteners."...but that's never the case

Most of these recipes still use a lot of sugar!

There are many types of sugar, but most contain a combo of fructose and glucose.

Usually, glucose is painted as the bad guy and fructose the "healthy" keto-friendly alternative due to its low glycemic index of 19…

But they never tell you that, even with such a low glycemic index, fructose is the one most dangerous ingredient in your diet!

Fructose triggers ferocious hunger and makes fat stick to your body like glue.

It also lowers leptin levels by 50%, turning off your fat-burning signal. This leads to more eating, less fat burning, and more weight gain.

Fructose causes insulin resistance and fatty liver, creates more damage in the liver, and is twice as damaging as glucose.

Compared to glucose that spreads out all over, fructose overloads and overworks the liver, forcing it to deal with it.
